Curated Interiors is a group of still life acrylic paintings that scout the fundamentals of design. Each piece allows the artist to explore the intricacies of pattern, shade, light, and texture through meticulously placed, maximalist installations. Each composition is assembled with no premeditated plan, coming together spontaneously with random household objects, food, plants, and thrifted textiles until a harmonious arrangement is achieved.
« Curated Interiors » est une série de natures mortes peintes à l’acrylique qui explorent les fondamentaux du design. Chaque œuvre permet à l’artiste d’explorer les subtilités des motifs, des ombres, de la lumière et des textures à travers des installations maximalistes méticuleusement agencées. Chaque composition est assemblée sans plan préconçu, de manière spontanée, à partir d’objets du quotidien, d’aliments, de plantes et de textiles chinés, jusqu’à l’obtention d’un agencement harmonieux.
